1. Membership and Capital

• Minimum Members: You must have a minimum of ten (10) producers (individuals) to start the company.

• Maximum Members: There is no maximum limit on the number of members.

• Minimum Capital: The company must have at least ₹5,00,000 (Five Lakh Rupees) in authorized capital to be incorporated.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

• Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)         - Required for all proposed directors to securely file e-forms.

• Obtain Director Identification Number (DIN)  - A unique identifier for each director, obtained via DIR-3 or the SPICe+ form.

• Reserve Company Name - File SPICe+ Part A. The name must be unique and end with "Producer Company."

• Prepare Legal Documents - Draft the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA).

• File Incorporation Application - File SPICe+ Part B (including MoA, AoA, subscriber proofs, and director details) and supporting forms like INC-22 (Registered Office) and DIR-12 (Directors).
